After the backside is connected and inspected, the module strings, glass, cut EVA, fiberglass, and backsheet are laid out in a defined layer in preparation for lamination. A primer is applied to the glass to enhance the bond between the glass and EVA. During lamination, the relative positioning of the cell strings and other materials, as well as the proper spacing between cells, are ensured to lay the foundation for lamination. (Layering layers: from bottom to top: tempered glass, EVA, cells, EVA, fiberglass, backsheet).

1. Raw material quality control: all raw materials will be fully inspected before production. Only those that pass the inspection can be used for the next production step.

3. QC before shipment: all products will be subjected to aging tests, and each batch of goods needs to provide a full-process quality control report, and no defects are allowed.
